                           Tension

Tension, the most common problem in our daily life, has a great impact bulking our desired progress. Basically it is psychological conflict in human mind that can hamper our daily activities. Generally people, who cannot complete their duties in time or unable to overcome from any complex problem, are captivated by it. In-fact it is nothing but an obstacle of sound thinking to reach the goal. Tension will not relieve you; it is only you, who can remove it from your inner world. There is no proper treatment of it, but it is considered that if you keep yourself busy in work, tension wouldn’t touch you. Most of the specialists suggest that psychological therapy is superior to medical treatment removing tension. It is mainly come from family & practical life. The effect of tension is wide. It mostly creates high blood-presser, massive heart attract that may be cause of disability of some parts of body; even some times death, loss of mental control and so on. So everyone should be conscious avoiding it. You should make yourself confident that if you are able to do your work, why you will be tensed or if it is really impossible to you then why you will tense; just forgive it and fell free. Be ambitious to yourself.  What you can, do it and avoid what you cannot. The result of your work will depend on your capacity not on thinking. Nothing is impossible to you if you want to do it; but everything is impossible if you do not want to do. If you try your best, you will be success. In your leisure time, take some physical exercises; make fun to laugh more, avoid smoking or alcohols, always try to be happy even in any typical situation that may keep you free from tension.
